It is a privilege to work with you on your quest for self compassion and growth. In my 26 years of providing therapy, I have guided clients through loss, grief, parenting struggles, relationship challenges, anxiety and depression. Together we find the path to an empowered and balanced life. My approach is rooted in the practices of emotionally focused, psychodynamic and trauma informed practice. As a certified grief educator, I bring connection, sensitivity and compassion as you begin the process of living with profound loss.
I bring an abundance of experience, understanding and knowledge to this work. I obtained a MSW from Loyola University. My clinical background includes providing psychotherapy and early childhood consultation within the Jewish Orthodox community of West Rogers Park, Chicago. I also worked at an alternative high school with at-risk teens facing the trauma of gang violence, neglect, poverty, immigration fears and teen pregnancy in Cicero, Illinois.
Partnering with therapists as a clinical consultant and supervisor is also a passion of mine. I provide pre-licensed supervision, post-licensed consultation as well as facilitation of group supervision for area therapists
In this office, I currently work with adults, teens and couples as they navigate life challenges.
I look forward to our work together and welcome connecting with you.
